Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at [ton email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
